The association covers ten percent of every project’s cost from its own resources. You can see this share in the project progress bars on our online donation pages.
We are independent
Our association has no organic ties to any religious community, political party or political organisation. Our only concern is to deliver the donations entrusted to us to those in need, in the best possible way.
How your donation arrives
You donate
By card on our online donation page, or by bank transfer to our accounts.
Our field team delivers
Our teams in the region hand the aid directly to the people in need.
We report back with images
We publish photos and videos of distributions and qurbani on our website and social media.
Your rights as a donor
Every donation you entrust to us is a trust we are accountable for. We recognise the following rights and commit to honouring them.
Activity and financial reports
We send our annual activity and financial reports to donors and institutions on request. Please write to info@kardesder.com.

- You can find out in which region and for which work your donation was used.
- Use as intended
- A donation made for a specific purpose is used for that purpose. If that is not possible, we will contact you.
- Verification
- You can check our legal status in the official records.
- Privacy
- If you do not want your name to appear on signs or in posts, just tell us.
- Data protection
- Your data is protected under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), used only to process your donation and never shared with third parties.
- Receipts
- You can request a receipt for your donation.
- Questions and complaints
- You can send any question, suggestion or complaint by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
